Eminem è tornato a esibirsi dal vivo, Shawn Mendes è il trionfatore della serata, Taylor Swift non ha conquistato nessun premio nonostante le nomination ottenute: è questo il riassunto (brutale, ma ci sta) dell'edizione 2017 degli MTV Europe Music Awards, che si è tenuta a Londra la sera del 12 novembre.
Ecco dunque tutti i vincitori, segnati in grassetto accanto agli altri candidati. Una sola avvertenza, prima di scorrere l'elenco dei premiati: gli EMA 2017 sono stati i primi a non prevedere una distinzione fra artisti maschi e femmine, in linea con la decisione adottata da MTV all'inizio dell'anno e già applicata ai film e ai Video Music Awards.
